Who are We?
Makindye-Ssabagabo CSO Network (MSCSONetwork) was established in [YEAR] in response to the growing need for coordination, collaboration, and a unified voice among civil society actors operating within Makindye-Ssabagabo Municipality. Prior to the formation of the Network, many organizations were implementing valuable interventions independently, often with limited coordination and minimal collective engagement with government and development partners.
MSCSONetwork was therefore formed as a platform to bring together Community-Based Organizations (CBOs), Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Faith-Based Organizations (FBOs), and other Non-State Actors to promote joint action in advocacy, information sharing, partnership building, and coordinated community development.
Since its establishment, the network has continued to grow in membership and relevance, serving as a bridge between civil society, local government, and development partners to ensure that community voices are heard and that development interventions are better coordinated, inclusive, and sustainable.
