Activity & Impact:
Makindye-Ssabagabo CSO Network organized a three-day Financial Management Workshop for finance managers, accountants, and internal auditors from member CSOs. The workshop was sponsored by Makindye-Ssabagabo Trust Bank and facilitated by ABC Financial Services. It focused on tax compliance, record-keeping, and financial accountability.
Participating CSOs have reported improved tax compliance, better financial management practices and a reduction in audit queries.
